Nov. 1, 2011: 15-minute Bob Harper yoga ab workout.
Nov. 2, 2011: I got mad at J. So I did an awesome 60-minute P-90X Kenpo workout at 8 at night. Not great for my sleeping, but perfect for my aggression (i.e. allowed for lots of punching and kicking).
Nov. 4, 2011: 20-minute workout via Jillian, level II.
Nov. 5, 2011: 57-minute long run/walk/jog around J’s parents’ neighborhood. I woke up with a headache and stomachache, so the first 10 minutes of running became a bit painful; I walked it out for a couple songs. I was also super-inspired by all the beautiful foliage, so I whipped out my iPhone to snap some Instagram pics along the way. It was nice, but I definitely was not breaking any records.
Nov. 10, 2011: Gleefully discovered the bike path RIGHT BEHIND MY WORK! Went for a 20-minute run on my lunch break. So slow, but so happy! Fifteen minutes of running is better than zero minutes of running.
Nov. 12, 2011: 35-minute bike path run, couple hills. Breathless.
Nov. 13, 2011: 30 minute run around the neighborhood.
Nov. 14, 2011: 20-minute burst of Jillian, level II.
