Just an unimportant log of my daily fitness activities.

I'm weird.
Having recently noticed a decrease in motivation for exercising, I eagerly found myself reading an article about staying motivated when you’d just rather not. One of the things I read was that true athletes stay focused by having goals and keeping track of their progress towards those particular goals.
While I’m not looking to lose 4 dress sizes by the end of the year or anything, I do have some areas that I would like to improve.
I want to be more flexible. I want to accomplish some fantastic yoga poses that I see while drooling over the yoga clothes in the Athleta catalog.
I want to be more toned. I want sleek arms and a tight tummy. Obvious desires, I know, but I’m just trying to figure out my fitness goals!
I want to FEEL beautiful. When I successfully get through a week of tough, varied workouts, I feel fantastic. This fitness journal serves the great purpose of helping remember that lovely loose jeans feeling!
